At the end of the day, home is where my family comes together—my wife, our two kids, and our two dogs. As someone who is deeply family-oriented, home to me is far more than just a building; it is the space where my family can grow, thrive, and make lasting memories. Driven by my own personal goal of achieving homeownership, I entered real estate because I want to help others experience that same meaningful milestone. Prior to real estate, I served eight years in the United States Navy, stationed in San Diego. That experience profoundly shaped who I am, instilling in me discipline, a strong sense of community, and a commitment to excellence. Serving in the military taught me the value of getting things right the first time, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and staying calm under pressure. Because I thrive in high-stress environments where details matter most, I use those strengths to keep transactions smooth, organized, and stress-free for my clients. Living and working in this region, I truly love our community especially its close proximity to the Mississippi River, its beautiful surrounding scenery, and all the outdoor recreation it offers. In my personal time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, watching baseball, and spending time outdoors. Staying rooted and involved locally is very important to me. I am an active member of the Clinton American Legion, Post 190, where I give back to my fellow veterans and build camaraderie across all eras of service. I also regularly volunteer at my church as a Sunday School teacher, where I have the privilege of sharing my faith and helping guide future generations. In my real estate work, I am particularly passionate about guiding first-time home buyers and military veterans. I love the satisfaction of helping first-time buyers achieve their goal of owning a home. As a veteran myself, I bring personal experience and clear insight into navigating Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits and processes, as well as local programs like Home Base Iowa, which offers specific community benefits to active duty service members and veterans purchasing a home.
